Description

A lovely, lemony linguini with the perfect toppings!


Ingredients

½ packet (250 g) linguini pasta
3 Tbsp (45 ml) extra virgin olive oil
juice and zest of 1 large lemon
1 C (250 ml) thinly sliced fresh basil leaves
½ packet (50 g) pine nuts, toasted in a dry pan
3 Tbsp (45 ml) grated Parmesan
salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Rinse immediately with cold water and toss the pasta with the remaining ingredients until well combined. Season to taste.

Serve with extra basil and grated Parmesan, if desired.
