Bread Pakora with Curried Tomato Soup
The creamy tomato soup is the perfect accompaniment to this sandwich fried in a crisp chickpea batter.
LOCKDOWN TIP: If you can’t find chickpea flour, this recipe will be just as good if you simply pan fry the sarmie as you would with a normal toasty.

Chipotle Beef Brisket with Cheddar Biscuits
Try this Southern-style buttermilk biscuit (aka savoury scone) with mature cheddar. Add in some barbecue saucy goodness and our slow cooked beef brisket.
LOCKDOWN TIP: If you can’t find buttermilk, make your own! Measure one cup of whole milk, stopping just shy of the top. Then add 1 tablespoon lemon juice or rice vinegar, to level off the measuring cup. Allow the milk to sit for 10 minutes and curdle, then use as needed. You can also replace with plain yoghurt or sour cream.

Rosemary and Sea Salt Breadsticks
Delicious served warm with dips, tapenade or olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Just as good served on their own.
