LOCKDOWN TIP: If you can’t find buttermilk, make your own! Measure one cup of whole milk, stopping just shy of the top. Then add 1 tablespoon lemon juice or rice vinegar, to level off the measuring cup. Allow the milk to sit for 10 minutes and curdle, then use as needed. You can also replace with plain yoghurt or sour cream.
