Banting Friendly Menu at Col’Cacchio
For those who are following a Banting-style diet you now have an option to go out and enjoy a treat without feeling like it’s a cheat, Col’Cacchio pizzeria has introduced Banting-friendly items to their menu for summer.
The low-carb, high-fat pizzas on offer are smaller at 21 cm in size. The base is made from cauliflower, psyllium husks, egg, parmesan and seasoning. All are served with a Banting-style side salad of lettuce, carrots, cucumber, egg, parmesan and radish.
Five of Col’Caccchio pizzeria’s favourites are now available on the new Banting base:
- Margherita – tomato, mozzarella, herbs
- Regina – ham, mushroom
- Foresta – salami, black mushroom, garlic, green pepper, feta
- Nacho Libre – jerk spiced chicken, home-made guacamole, tomato chilli salsa, coriander, sour cream
- Morituri – seasoned chicken, bacon, avocado, feta, roasted red pepper
There are also innovative new antipasti dishes, salads, pizzas, desserts and summertime cocktails.
The Banting pizza range is available at all sit down Col’Cacchio pizzerias and available on request at Mio Col’Cacchio pizzeria express stores.
