Description
This glaze is made using Peppadew® Relish and is so easy and incredibly tasty!
Ingredients
1 bottle Peppadew® Relish ( your preferred flavour)
olive oil
salt and pepper
Instructions
Mix equal quantities of Peppadew® Relish with olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Use as a marinade for chicken thighs or lamb or pork chops.
Grill until lightly charred, brushing with more of the marinade as you cook.
Serve with a fresh side salad.
