Description
A peachy pleasure.
Ingredients
1 ripe white peach, peeled and stone removed
1 glass of sparkling wine or Méthode Cap Classique
Peach slices, to garnish
Mint, to garnish
Instructions
Place peach into a blender and puree until smooth.
Spoon puree into the base of a champagne glass and top up with Sparkling wine.
Garnish with a few thin slices of peach and fresh mint.
