This September, in celebration of Heritage Month, it’s time to diarise a limited-edition collaboration series. For two dinners only, chef Amori Burger from Upper Union and chef Monché Muller from Pink Valley Wines present: Amori & Monché | Food. Wine. Flavour.
The dinners — one hosted at Upper Union on Thursday, 12 September, and one at Pink Valley Restaurant on Thursday, 26 September — will feature a five-course meal paired with exceptional wines from Taaibosch and Pink Valley.
The dinners promise to be an unforgettable celebration of heritage, showcasing the creativity and expertise of both chefs, complemented by a curated wine selection.
