Not only is it one of the most economical protein choices, it’s incredibly versatile. From Umngqusho with Smoky Pork to braaied pork chops on a loaded platter, these  Heritage Day dishes were made for feasting with friends and family.

Seasoned with Cape Herb & Spice Louisiana Cajun Rub, the blend of paprika, mustard, chillies, onion, cumin, garlic and herbs give this Southern-style spice a delicious ‘bite.’ Sprinkle the steaks with Smoky Braai seasoning for extra flavour. Marinated with Cape & Herb Spice Greek Style Lemon & Herb Rub and olive oil, the juicy pork loin chops are infused with fragrant flavours of lemon zest, roasted garlic, rosemary, oregano and spearmint.
