Anchovy, Garlic and Rosemary Marinade

Description

The tastiest marinade that goes perfectly with a delicious steak!


Ingredients

1/3 C (80ml) olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 anchovy fillets
1 sprig rosemary, finely chopped
1 tsp (5ml) whole grain mustard
Freshly ground pepper


Instructions

Heat olive oil in a saucepan over a low heat and add anchovy fillets and rosemary.

Allow to cook gently for a few minutes or until anchovy fillets have dissolved into the oil.

Remove from heat and add garlic and mustard.

Allow marinade to cool completely before using.

Best used for beef steaks.
