Description

Oysters are often best served in the simplest fashion to show off their fresh flavour.


Ingredients

18 medium oysters, shucked
18 young ice-plant leaves
18 beach sage flowers
18 small dune celery leaves
2 medium strands of fresh sea lettuce


Instructions

Top each oyster with an ice-plant leaf, a sage flower and a dune celery leaf. Tear off pieces of the fresh sea lettuce and add it to each oyster.
