One Ingredient dinner with Matt Manning at L’Avenir Wine Estate

This Friday, L’Avenir Wine Estate will be hosting a sleepover in Stellenbosch in collaboration with chef Matt Manning’s One Ingredient Dinner series. The event will be the Estate’s first of this nature but hopefully one that will go on to happen more frequently. The evening will include a 4-course dinner designed by Matt around olive oil as the One Ingredient, with each course paired with wine from L’Avenir by winemaker, Dirk Coetzee.

Dinner is followed by a night at the farm’s 4-star  Country Lodge & a hearty home-style breakfast in the morning.

Date: 5th June 2015

Time: 18h30 for 19h00

Cost: R 1 800.00 per couple including dinner, accommodation & breakfast.

R 650.00 per person for dinner only.
