Keep it Fresh With Durbanville Hills Sparkling Rosé Cocktail
The newly released Durbanville Hills Sparkling Rosé is a gorgeous blend of 50% Shiraz and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, with a dazzling coral pink colour. This Sparkling Rosé will add all the glam and sparkle to your festive celebrations, especially by the pool with a Sparkling Rosé cocktail.
The Cool Durbanville Hills
The Durbanville ward is considered one of the Cape’s coolest wine regions, thanks to the sea breezes that drift inland from False Bay and Table Bay and the late afternoon mists that bathe the slopes. These conditions are ideal for the slow ripening of the grapes, allowing them to develop their full-flavoured, intense character.
On The Nose
Expect hints of fresh, ripe fruit aromas such as strawberries and citrus, with an abundance of Turkish delight, rose petals and candy floss on the nose.
Enjoy refreshing ripe berry fruit flavours with invigorating grapefruit and candy floss on the aftertaste.
Although spectacular on its own, it does scream poolside summer cocktail. Keep cool this summer and make an impressive cocktail in a few easy steps by the pool.
