Guinness & Peanut Butter Ice Cream Float

Description

Ice cream floats that’ll take you back to your childhood, but remind you why it is great being an adult.


Ingredients

1 litre vanilla ice cream
1 C (250 ml) chunky peanut butter
1/4 C 60 ml Kahlúa coffee liqueur
4 tsp (20 ml) cocoa powder
2 cans Guinness Draught
¼ C (125 ml) peanuts (for garnish)


Instructions

Stir the peanut butter and coffee liqueur through the ice cream. Re-freeze until set, about 2-3 hours.

Spoon one teaspoonful of the cocoa powder into each glass and swirl around so that it coats some of the surfaces of the glass. Add 3-4 scoops of the flavoured ice cream. Top with Guinness and decorate with a few peanuts.
