There is so much to celebrate, time with family, a chance to relax and recharge after a tough year and to enjoy festive food and drink. We’ve chosen some of our best local MCC’s and even a gorgeous vintage Champagne. Whatever your budget there will be something that will fit your pocket and your palate.

Villiera Starlight Brut

20% Pinotage and a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

Enjoy with a light seafood dish like grilled prawns with fresh lemon.

Starlight offers bubbly lovers a ‘light’ (low alcohol) alternative without compromising on quality. All the requirements for Cap Classique are fulfilled except the bubbly is lighter and fresher, which makes it the ideal choice for a modern lifestyle. When Cap Classique was first enjoyed, drinkers likened the experience to tasting the stars. Since then it has truly become the drink of the stars, from romantic dinners to parties beneath them. Where there are stars there is Starlight MCC- ‘The Light Cap Classique’.

Desiderius Pongrácz 2008

A blend of Pinot Noir & Chardonnay.

Enjoy with a fabulously decadent dish of tempura prawns.

Desiderius Pongrácz 2008 owes its definitive yeasty character, wonderful foaming mousse and persistent bead to the prolonged maturation of at least four years on the lees (spent yeast cells). As this Cap Classique matures further it will continue to develop wonderful creamy, nutty characteristics on the nose to complement its full- bodied texture which lingers for ages on the palate. It entices with a fine mousse of delicate light, lively bubbles ending with a raciness on the palate.
