International Coffee Day is celebrated on the 1st of October and while most will be celebrating with a hot cup of their favourite brew in the morning, Inverroche is doing things differently. With balmy, summer days on the horizon, we can’t think of a better way to pay tribute to coffee than with this delicious Inverroche Espresso cocktail enjoyed under the sun.

Recipe for Inverroche Espresso Cocktail

Ingredients 

50ml Inverroche Classic
200ml Indian Tonic Water
25ml Cold Brewed Espresso

garnish with lemon zest

Method

Add Inverroche Classic into a glass with cubed ice.

Top with Indian tonic water.

Gently pour espresso over the top so that it creates a layer.

Garnish with lemon zest.

Best enjoyed with coffee-loving friends.
