Admittedly, there were huge crowds and long queues at this year’s Riebeek Kasteel Olive Festival. BUT there were also loads of delicious olives, olive oil and wine – which were all paired perfectly with music, regularly timed tractor rides, sun and genuinely happy times in this idyllic, country town.
