And so begins a wonderfully immersive experience, as different chefs serve a succession of regional and international specialities, taking you round the world with innovative dishes, from canapés and breads to mains and dessert. Listen to the industrious sounds of stirring, sizzling pans and simmering pots, as you dine behind-the-scenes.
Breathe in the aromas of succulent meats like springbok loin and bonsmara, ladeled in rich sauces. If you wish, each course is accompanied by a thoughtfully curated wine pairing.
Take your tastebuds and senses on a culinary tour, with a menu inspired by the origins of unique produce. Chef Rudi intrigues and beguiles the senses with globally recognised dishes using indigenous ingredients. Surprise your palate by tasting foraged plants like sea pumpkin, geranium, garlic and lemon buchu.
