In possibly one of the best food pairings of the year, the burger has arrived in wine country. Cape Town institution Hudsons will start serving up the classics in Stellenbosch’s Dorp Street. With names like the Boss, the Player and the Wiseguy, one would be forgiven for thinking that the menu is straight out of downtown New York, but the self-proclaimed ‘The Burger Joint’ is all local.
Known for their relaxed urban-contemporary décor, soft rock aesthetic and super-sized milkshakes, Hudsons hearty beef patties will make for one seriously hot hamburger experience this winter.
