What you need
- whisked egg whites
- a bowl of castor sugar
- a paint or pastry brush
- edible flowers (we used rose petals)
Step 1
Brush the egg white carefully onto the front & back of the petals , making sure to cover every part.
Step 2
Dust, dip, or paint the sugar on to the wet petals
Step 3
Leave to dry on a cooling rack, placing them out of the way on a shelf or even in the refrigerator.
Step 4
Finally, use for decorating cakes, cupcakes, biscuits, pavlovas or in any other creative way you can think of.
