From African Foods to Organic Goods, the Good Life Show Has It All

The Good Life Show returns to the Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg from 18 to 20 September 2026, bringing together food, drink, wellness and conscious living for a weekend of discovery, inspiration and new experiences.

Designed for those who enjoy finding new products, trying new flavours and exploring fresh ideas for living well, the show offers the chance to meet the people behind a wide range of brands, sample products, discover emerging trends and enjoy a programme of live experiences throughout the invigorating three-day weekend event.

Food is a major part of the show, with the IMBO Theatre of Taste bringing some of South Africa’s culinary talent to the stage.
