Kick things off with this delicious mocktail using Okushal Prickly Pear & Mint cordial.

Ingredients
1 Tbsp (15 ml) sugar
8-10 fresh mint leaves
1 lime wedge
A handful of ice cubes
2 Tbsp (30ml) Okushal Prickly Pear & Mint cordial
A dash of tonic water
To Serve
1-2 ice cubes
Edible flowers (optional)
Method
Add the sugar, mint, lime and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 30-45 seconds or until the mint is bruised and has crushed through the sugar.
Pour into a glass, top with tonic water and finish the drink with some ice and edible flowers if using. Serve and enjoy!
