September 24th is the day we’ve set aside to celebrate our rich cultural heritage. Now unofficially known as braai day, this issue wouldn’t be complete without some serious recipes hot off the grid – we called on the boys from Beer Country to show us how it’s done. Tina Bester transforms traditional South African desserts into ice creams that will have you wanting to lick your screen. We celebrate our diversity through food with Chef Rudi Liebenberg and put the spotlight on some of our favourite local spots and products.
