Description

The easiest and tastiest dessert treats!

Ingredients

For the Truffles
300 g dark chocolate
1 C (250 ml) cream
2 Tbsp (30 ml) butter
1/4 C (60 ml) liqueur of your choice (Amaretto, Kahlua, Amarula, etc.)
cocoa powder for rolling

Instructions

To Make the Truffles
Place the chocolate, cream and butter in a bowl and microwave for 2–3 minutes, stirring every minute.

Remove from the microwave and stir in the liqueur until the mixture is smooth and velvety.

Refrigerate for 2–3 hours or until the mixture is firm enough to roll.

Roll into bite-size balls and coat in cocoa. Serve with espresso.
