Description

There is nothing that hits the sweet spot like a piece of fudge. This yummy dark chocolate version is to-die-for!

Ingredients

100 g butter, softened
375 g NoMU Decadent Hot Chocolate
(dark chocolate pieces)
400 g castor sugar
23 C (160 ml) evaporated milk
12 large marshmallows
100 g pecan nuts, roughly chopped
1 tsp (5 ml) NoMU Vanilla Extract

Instructions

Line a 20 cm loaf tin with baking paper.

Place the butter and the chocolate into a large mixing bowl and set aside.

Stir the castor sugar, evaporated milk and marshmallows together in a large saucepan. Cook over a medium heat and stir constantly until the sugar and marshmallows

have melted, but don’t let it change colour.

Pour the hot mixture over the chocolate and butter in the bowl and stir until they have melted.

Add the nuts and vanilla extract. Stir the mixture vigorously until it is very well mixed.

Pour the mixture into the lined tin and place in the fridge for at least one hour until the fudge has set.
