The Art issue is one that is close to heart for the Crush team – it’s a chance to push the boat out in terms of creativity and it gives us the chance to work with some amazingly talented artists. This month see our Chefs & Music feature where we’ve paired local contemporary musicians with dynamic young chefs. Jeremy Loops, Red Huxley, GoodLuck and MonArk shared songs with us and what resulted are four incredible dishes. Don’t forget to hit the play button to hear the tune while you read about the dish. Sticking with the theme we visit La Motte Wine Estate in Franschhoek to explore their art offerings and chef Rudi Liebenberg takes four retro recipes and gives them an incredible makeover.
