Ingredients
1 fresh banana
1 Tbsp (15 ml) flax seeds
2 Tbsp (15 ml) peanut butter
1 C (250 ml) almond milk
½ C (125 ml) yoghurt
½ tsp (2.5 ml) vanilla bean paste

Method:
Place all ingredients into the Nutri-bullet jug and blend for 40 seconds. Serve chilled.
