These chocolaty treats will bowl guests over. To make the brownie cups, we’ve added Beyers Orange Burst Chocolate to our batter, infusing it with a zesty citrus flavour. Spoon it into a greased muffin tray and once baked, indent the brownie tops with a small cup to create individual bowls. Dollop a scoop of your fav vanilla ice cream atop the edible brownie cups, drizzle with chocolate sauce and watch it set. Before serving guests, garnish with orange zest for a pop of colour and citrusy goodness, and crack the chocolate cap. Yum!

The flavour of rich coffee granules blended with smooth milk chocolate makes Beyers Espresso Shot Chocolate ideal for whipping up delicious desserts like this one.
Inspired by Beyers Espresso Shot Chocolate, we’ve recreated a version of the iconic Italian dessert, Affogato, with an espresso no-churn ice cream that ties it all together. Deceptively easy to make and incredibly delicious, this dessert is ideal for hosting intimate dinner parties. Combine condensed milk, whipped cream and vanilla extract for the ice cream and freeze. Once partially set, add a measure of coconut oil to melted Beyers Espresso Shot Chocolate and swirl it through the ice cream to create chocolate shards, similar to a stracciatella ice cream. Once set, dollop scoops of ice cream into individual cups, then brew your favourite espresso coffee and pour it over. The balanced flavours of bitter coffee, smooth blended chocolate and milky ice cream will have guests drowning in deliciousness!
