Spier’s ethos embraces a very environmentally-aware approach, as their Hotel Restaurant makes use of seasonal and ethically sourced ingredients. Kleine Zalze Restaurant is consistently good and you’re always guaranteed great wine here too. The Estate restaurant has become known for its honest, simple cooking, where they let quality ingredients shine through on a plate. This day-time eatery, located in the Stellenbosch Devon Valley, prides themselves producing quality food, using only the best local seasonal produce.
