4 Ways with Guacamole

Guacamole is one of those extremely versatile accompaniments that goes with just about anything – spread it on toast, use it as a dip or serve alongside a variety of dishes. Its cooling, smooth texture and creamy taste is hard to beat, and we love how it makes entertaining so easy. We use guacamole as an accompaniment in these four dishes which are great enjoyed with friends.  Firstly a simple salmon tartare that tastes as good as it looks – its deceptively simple to make but looks like you’ve spent hours in the kitchen. Peruvian-inspired fish tacos are golden and crunchy and your guests can put them together themselves, making your hosting that much easier. Calamari simply pan fried is deliciously tender and ideal served with guacamole on the side. If you have a bit more time on your hands, try the low and slow cooked pulled pork – it’s pull-apart tender and a knock-out topping for nachos. What are you waiting for?
