Sundowners have been taken to the next level with Flavour Fridays where the rooftop is abuzz with groovy mixes from a live DJ.

Head Chef, Este Pretorius, demonstrates her creative flair and culinary expertise through an array of beautiful and delicious plates. Chef Este – a true foodie – has many food experiences planned for Park Inn by Radisson Cape Town Foreshore for 2020.

Choose one of three set menus, each with the choice between two different starters, mains and desserts. Picture this, spiced beef carpaccio or steamed half mussels for starters, followed by grilled pork kassler loin with potato purée, chutney and steamed green beans or pumpkin cannelloni’s with goat’s cheese, roast baby onions and creamy cheese sauce for mains, and topping it all of on the sweetest of notes with a cape malva pudding or coconut flavoured fridge cheesecake for dessert. Utterly drool-worthy!
