Beer and Cheese Fondue
The best combination ever!

Ingredients
6 pork sausages
6 Tbsp ( 90 g) butter
1 small onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
6 Tbsp ( 90 g) flour
2 C ( 500 ml) milk
400 g cheddar cheese, grated or broken into small pieces
1 C ( 250 ml) beer
salt
smoked paprika
bread ripped into chunks for dunking
Method
Squeeze the sausage from it casing and fry in a pan while mashing the sausage into small bits. Remove from the pan.
Melt the butter and fry the onion and garlic until tender, about 5 minutes. Add the flour and stir until smooth. Cook for about a minute whilst stirring furiously. Gradually add the milk and continue stirring until thickened. Add the cheese and stir until melted. Remove form heat, stir in sausage and beer, a pinch of salt and some smoked paprika to taste. Keep warm on low heat.
