The grapes for this wine come from Billy ‘Guillermo’ and Penny Hughes’s Swartland farm where they practice organic farming in this dry land vineyard.
On the nose: an elegant and balanced wine packed with flavours of ripe blueberry and mulberry. a soft yet intense Pinotage showing lots of dark berry fruit and subtle savoury notes.
On the palate: exotic spice and creamy vanilla with evident ripe tannins and a long lingering finish. a lovely full-bodied wine with a ‘feel good’ story to enjoy with hearty food.
