The holiday season is all about relaxation and eating to our heart’s content. We tend to trade in our normal routines of work, healthy eating and gym for food, festivities and soaking up the holiday sun in our fat pants. It’s always the best time of year, however, we sort of lose our balance and healthy living isn’t exactly the main priority. To help you get back on track, we’ve developed four easy and healthy family meals with Quorn to kickstart your new year.

We love hummus in all shapes, styles and forms. This particular hummus, however, is going to be the best you’ve ever tried. Roasted garlic is one of our favourite ingredients and we’ve used it here in the mix to make our homemade healthy hum.
