Guests are treated to the Rock Shrimp, offering a crispy yet tender texture, and the exquisite Beef Tenderloin, perfectly cooked to a melt-in-your-mouth perfection. The Angry Duck, bold and flavourful, delivers a spicy kick that balances its rich, savoury profile. Every dish is thoughtfully presented within the framework of a traditional Kaiseki set meal, designed to elevate not only the palate but also the overall dining experience.
