ClemenGold Marmalade Relish
A good relish is an extremely versatile kitchen staple. We love this one with artisanal bread right out the oven with lashings of butter and a great mature cheddar. This relish is made with ClemenGolds and has that signature marmalade-y bitterness balanced by sweetness from sultanas; it will be right at home on any cheeseboard or ploughman’s platter.
Sticky Asian Pork Belly with ClemenGold Glaze
We’ve put a modern spin on a classic Asian dish by using ClemenGold juice to make a sweet, sticky and mouthwatering glaze for this pork. The belly cut is deliciously fatty and this is balanced by the sweet and umami flavour of this glaze. Serve with fluffy Jasmine rice with a sprinkling of sesame seeds and watch it disappear.
ClemenGold Sticky Buns with Cream Cheese Drizzle
Oooh, who doesn’t love a sticky bun in the morning? The dough for these buns has been brushed with brown butter and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and ClemenGold zest before being baked. Once they’re hot out of the oven they’ve been drizzled with a ClemenGold-infused cream cheese glaze. Pop the kettle on and tuck in.
