Not just a handsome label. The Nuntius Red Blend, which is made and bottled by Gabrielskloof, is what has been described as a wine of uncompromised class. The grapes are picked by hand from selected vineyards on the farm and, with the use of gentle and light-handed winemaking techniques by winemaker Kobie Viljoen, the final product is stunning.
A blend of Shiraz and Mourverdre, the Nuntius Red Blend is full of black fruit and dried figs with elegant oaking and a moreish mouthfeel.
This wine can be enjoyed slightly chilled, or at room temperature with rich meat dishes.
