This beautifully bottled Brut is an award winning Brut Rosé from Domaine Des Dieux in the Hemel en Aarde valley. Domaine Des Dieux use the saignée method when making their Pinot Noir (25%) and Chardonnay (75%) Brut Rosé to achieve the perfect blush colour. Juice is ‘bled off’ from the press when it has extracted just the right amount of colour.

The base wines are then cool fermented in steel vats to preserve the delicate fruit flavours. The delicious Rose of Sharon exudes bright berry flavours of strawberry, black cherry, raspberry notes that jump out of the glass with a gentle hint of mint and rose water in the background. Fine, soft bubbles which develop beautifully in the mouth into a clean, dry finish. This tantalising, pink bottle of brut is a perfect wine to enjoy with food, best served ice bucket cold.
