Issue 35 is great – not only because of the record number of prizes we have to give away. We are going into summer – although this may be hard to believe depending on which part of the country you are in – a time for bright popsicles, sand between the toes, sticky, raspberry-stained fingers and lightly battered fish and chips to the tune of seagull screams.

Tina Bester melts our hardened hearts with her take on playful popsicles. Beth Kirby of Local Milk blog fame spills her emotive food images across our pages – very good for the soul indeed. Jade de Waal jams in her own particular, fun style and we search far and wide across the country for where the best Fish and Chips are to be had.

Part two of Tamsin Snyman’s recipes for meals which are helping her and her husband to remain super strong against daunting odds. We travel as far as Seoul’s busy restaurant districts and then drift down uber-tasty Bree Street in Cape Town, which is getting fairly densely populated with great eateries too.
