CRUSH CHATS TO Tal and Nirit

    at the Sababa Cookbook Launch

Last night, Crush was lucky enough to attend the launch of Sababa’s beautiful cookbook. Held at their Sea Point branch, the evening buzzed with passionate Sababa fans, laughing, cheering and chomping on the delicious finger foods, which gave us a tantalising taste of what to expect in the cookbook.

Sababa is one of our absolute favourite spots for lunch. Their delicious Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes as well as the friendly team are what keep us going back for more and with the launch of their brand new recipe book, we could not be more thrilled to recreate their dishes, one mouthwatering page at a time.

“Sababa is all about uncomplicated and wholesome food with a Middle Eastern and Mediterranean influence. Food is prepared fresh daily in the Sababa kitchens by sisters Tal and Nirit, and a group of dedicated and passionate chefs who love to cook and “live” food. Using local ingredients and fresh produce, Sababa is full of recipes which anybody could cook at home.” (via Jacana Media)

Congrats and well done, Tal and Nirit!
