Description

Fresh orange juice mixed with lemon verbena tea makes a really great tasting drink. You can substitute the verbena for a variety of other herbs, like peppermint or lemongrass.

Ingredients

2 C (500 ml) boiling water
4 stems of fresh lemongrass
1 tsp (5 ml) fresh or dried lemon verbena leaves
4 oranges, juiced
Honey, to taste

Instructions

Pour the boiling water over the lemongrass and the lemon verbena leaves and allow to cool.

Strain, mix with the orange juice and add honey to taste.
