Live Music Evenings at Mont Rochelle
There are two restaurants at Mont Rochelle: Miko and the Country Kitchen. Miko is the main restaurant and is the setting for some fantastic gourmet meals including those for special occasions. Adjacent to the winery is the Country Kitchen, an ideal spot for a light lunch. Both restaurants are under the stewardship of chef Shane Louw.
Miko restaurant has announced the final date in the series of live music evenings with Emmy-nominated musician, James Stewart, which will happen 19 December 2018.
As one of South Africa’s most acclaimed artists, Franschhoek-based musician, James Stewart, has spent his career delivering chart-topping hits including ‘Shine’ and ‘A Man Like Me’.
After a brief hiatus to focus on commercial writing and his two young children, he returned with new music in 2016 and has been a regular on the Western Cape music scene ever since. This winter will be the first time that James brings his signature melodies to Mont Rochelle.
