What to expect at the Oasis Bistro

The restaurant, with its contemporary al fresco flair, offers an extensive Mediterranean-inspired buffet as well as an à la carte menu with grilled meats, roasted line fish and daily specials harvested from local markets.

The fresh and colourful lunch buffet includes a wide range of seasonal salads and meze; home cured and home smoked charcuterie; a seafood station with Saldanha Bay oysters, mussels, peri peri prawns, sushi and Cape Malay pickled fish; a poke bowl station offering marinated salmon and tuna; and a selection of South African cheeses.

The Bistro’s relaxed atmosphere, inviting terrace and a well-thought-out wine and cocktail list, lends itself perfectly to a warm and welcoming sunny bite.
