Carrot and Pine Crumpets with Whipped Lemon Cream Cheese

For most of us that grew up in South Africa, we know a crumpet as a smaller version of an American-style flapjack. But a real crumpet is an entirely different treat altogether. Here we make the real deal using Rugani Carrot-Pine Juice to infuse our batter with carrot cake flavour.
Carotenoids: Beta-carotene supports cancer mitigation and is the most effective natural preventative discovered to date. The human body absorbs its rarest variant, cis-beta-carotene most efficiently, but only 2% to 4% of the total beta-carotene available in veggies is cis-beta-carotene.
