It’s G&T season. Sipping on a delicious gin and tonic at the poolside is one of summer’s great pleasures and we’ve found the perfect gin for your lazy days in the sun.
The handsomely packaged Boodles Gin is distilled, manufactured and bottled entirely in the UK – it’s a ‘proper’ British gin dating back to 1845. Only the finest ingredients have been used to make this gin; English wheat, spring water, nine botanicals and herbs and it is patiently crafted in a Carter Head still. The exclusive recipe includes nutmeg, sage and rosemary and contains no citrus, which is a very uncommon if not unique, characteristic found in gin. The base of Boodles is made up of juniper and coriander and it is in the same league as ‘proper’ London Dry.
This classy gin is not overly flowery or perfumed, keeping a good balance of botanicals which combine for a subtle taste – the perfect starting point for many classic cocktails.
