Ash Heeger

Ash Heeger is the chef and owner of Ash restaurant in Cape Town. After crafting her trade in the mean kitchens of London, she has recently returned to South Africa to open up her first restaurant. She has a soft spot for sorrel and Old Bay seasoning, as well as a good negroni. Ash lives in Vredehoek with her fiancée and her French Bulldog, Mash.
