Description
The classic gin cocktail gets a romantic twist.
Ingredients
½ C (125 ml) pink gin
¼ C (60 ml) freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
4 tsp (60 ml) sugar
champagne or MCC, to top up
Instructions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake the gin, grapefruit juice and sugar in the shaker until well chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into a Champagne coupe.
Top up with Champagne or MCC.
