The grapes are from a tucked away vineyard which is protected from harsh sunlight and extreme temperatures. This allows for gentle ripening and promotes the development of full ripe flavours with moderate alcohol levels. The wine has a lovely richness due to the extended period spent on the yeast lees after fermentation and a total of 11 months in barrel.

The wine has an inviting nose of honeyed citrus and peach blossoms with a subtle hint of beeswax. The palate is poised and sophisticated, with fresh chalky limestone, yellow flowers and ginger infused honey. An exceptional partner to grilled fish.
