Trizanne Signature Wines (TSW), are made by Trizanne Barnard with grapes selected from sought after Elim vineyards. This wine shows beautiful freshness with subtle flavours of grapefruit, green figs and a bit of lemon zest. The mineral notes rather than high acidity make this wine a refreshing, yet light drink for any time of the day. Sauvignon Blanc from the Elim area also has great potential to develop further in the bottle for a period of about 3-5 years, making it an ideal bottle to shelve for a later date or special occasion. Trizanne believes in minimal interference when it comes to winemaking, so all of the flavours are contained within the wine, rather than being lost through filtration. For this reason, harmless natural deposits may occur in the bottom of the bottle, but this will not affect the wine at all.
