The South African winelands lie at the heart of the Cape Floral Kingdom, the smallest, but most biodiverse of the world’s six floral kingdoms. The name ‘bloem’ is derived from the Dutch word for ‘flower’, and Noble Hill captures the essence of this unique ecosystem with this wine.

It is a blend of 65% Chenin Blanc, 24% Viognier and 11% Sauvignon Blanc. Chenin Blanc is the most widely-planted grape variety in South Africa and has a long history in our wine and brandy industry.

It offers an abundance of fruit flavours and the Viognier adds a bit of spice and creamy peach flavours, while the Sauvignon Blanc results in a crisp clean finish. At this price, one can enjoy bottle after bottle in the early spring sun with happy friends.
