10 raspberries
small handful blueberries
1 frozen banana
1/2  C (125 ml) full cream yoghurt
4-5 ice blocks (optional)

Whizz everything together and enjoy!

Tip: For a vegan version, replace the yoghurt with almond milk, and add another banana for extra creaminess and thickness.
