If you don’t mind the flavour, add a teaspoon of good quality olive oil to the mix ¬– some vitamins are fat soluble (A, D, E & K) and the olive oil helps with absorption of these nutrients.

handful of kale
bunch of trimmed wheatgrass
small piece of ginger (thumbnail size)
optional: 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
